Our charges consist of charges for energy supply as well as charges for failed payments and to carry out other services as detailed below. If any other services are required in relation to your account that are not listed below then please contact us.

Administration charge for pursuing late payment £15.00 per reminder plus VAT
Invalid Indemnity Claim £15.00 per claim plus VAT
Producing and issuing a paper copy bill/statement, contract or any other document requested by you £3.60 per document plus VAT
Request for personal data held by iSupplyEnergy (Subject Access Request) £10.00 plus VAT
Moving or changing a meter at your request POA. Minimum £66.72 plus VAT
Check meter test/accuracy check POA. Minimum £96.00 plus VAT
Meter disconnection/reconnection (fuse only) at your request POA. Minimum £40.98 plus VAT
Meter disconnection/reconnection as a result of non payment Warrant: Minimum £105 plus VAT
Site visit: £60.00 plus VAT
Fitting a Prepayment Meter voluntarily £126 inc. VAT
Fitting a Prepayment meter under warrant Minimum £338 inc. VAT
Credit Card 2.55% plus VAT
Debit Card 35p plus VAT
