Your online account lets you manage your energy at any time and from any device. You can submit a meter reading, make a payment, view your usage and send us a secure message in your account. However, we know that from time to time you’ll want to speak to us. Our UK based customer care team are here to help you when you need us.
We understand that changes in your circumstances can make it difficult to keep up with your bills. If you ever find yourself in a challenging financial situation, we can work with you to find affordable options to help you pay your bills. We also work closely with debt charity, StepChange who offer free advice and tools. If you require additional support to manage your energy use, as part of the Priority Services Register we can provide wellbeing care, such as arranging for an engineer to read your meter.
Making sure our employees are happy and engaged is central to our culture, it’s the best way to ensure you’ll get service that goes above and beyond the usual.
