Our energy plans are among the cheapest on the market so you can be confident you’re paying a fair price. While ensuring our operation is sustainable, we’re also committed to working with you to help the UK reach net zero by 2050. All our energy plans include 100% renewable electricity. Some of our long-term plans also come with greener gas. By offering you competitively priced green energy plans, we’re making it easier for you to do your bit for the planet.
From the start of your switch, your online account will let you manage your energy at any time and from any device. You can submit a meter reading, make a payment, view your energy use and send us a message. However, we know that from time to time you’ll want to speak directly to a person. Our large, UK based customer care team is here to help.
We understand changes in your circumstances can make it difficult to keep up with your bills. If you ever find yourself in a challenging financial situation, we will work with you to help you with your bills. We also work closely with debt charity, StepChange, which offer free advice and tools.
If you require extra support to manage your energy use, you may be eligible to join our Priority Services Register. Through this, we will provide additional care, such as arranging for an engineer to read your meter.
