I am a customer of iSupplyEnergy, however, I have not received an annual statement. Why is this?
- An annual statement is only sent to customers who have been a customer of iSupplyEnergy for at least 12 months. If
you have been a customer of iSupplyEnergy for less than 12 months, you will receive an annual statement at a later date.
Why do I need to receive an annual statement?
